In his role with GATECO Development, Nicholas P. Walker manages the architectural and engineering design teams, general contracting the land development and building process. Having practiced as an architect before entering the construction venues, he has experience in every phase of architectural servicing and construction oversight.

Mr. Walker earned his Bachelors of Architecture degree, cum laude, from the University of Kentucky, College of Architecture. He is a Registered Architect in the State of Missouri, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and a St. Louis Chapter Member of the Home Builders Association.
