NICHOLAS A. SCHELLERT
Project Manager

As project manager, Nicholas A. Schellert is responsible for overseeing the construction management and general contracting of projects.  In the day to day project management he is responsible budgeting, estimating, bidding, scheduling, job site safety and relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to build projects on time and in the quality of GATECO Development’s reputation.

Mr. Schellert earned his Bachelor of Science in Building and Construction Management from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana.  Schellert previously served as Project Manager for a large developer and homebuilder in Louisville, Kentucky and St. Louis, Missouri.
