Shawn G. Huffman’s duties with GATECO Development are to facilitate communications with the design team, subcontractors, suppliers and future residents of the developments.  He coordinates the design documents, assists in estimating and bidding of work, shop drawings and design changes throughout the jobs.

In his education Mr. Huffman earned his Bachelors in Construction Management with a minor in Drafting and Design from Southwest Missouri State University in Springfield, Missouri.  His previous experience is in estimating and land development with a large developer and homebuilder in St. Louis, Missouri.
